We drive your revenue growth from initial marketing assessment to new business acquisition using a four-step process.

Step 1: Discovery

Discovery starts the process of understanding your business. One-on-one interviews, assessments and facilitated work sessions help us gain an in-depth understanding of your people, processes, and offerings as well as the business and technology enablers you rely on to market and deliver your services.

Step 2: Analysis & Research

In Step 2, we identify your strengths and weaknesses and evaluate the competitive landscape in your business, as well as potential opportunities and threats. We then identify, analyze and segment your potential customer base, marketing channels and business alliances, determining not only who they are, but the preferred vehicles for cultivating and maintaining those relationships.

Next, we identify which segments are most likely to respond to your service offerings and marketing approaches, and outline potential methods for targeting and penetrating those segments including key strategic channels, alliances and pathways for developing and fostering them.

Finally, after considering all of these findings against the all-important, pervasive backdrop of current economic conditions, we deliver your custom Strategic Business Development Plan, which becomes the roadmap to your success.

Step 3: Plan Presentation, Adjustment & Buy In

Facilitated work sessions with key stakeholders in Step 3 are used to adjust the Strategic Business Development Plan to ensure buy-in. These sessions are critical to dissolving roadblocks and turning skepticism into new ideas. The objective of this phase is to make the Strategic Business Development Plan your own, one which gives you the roadmap to achieving your goals.

Step 4: Delivery & Implementation

Putting your plan into action is the fourth and final step. You may choose us to implement the plan on your behalf as many clients do or use your own resources to reach your target market.
